Adele Mazoudier, John Attwood and their local Tamworth growers intend to hold a competition among the young chefs around Tamworth. The winner will then be sponsored by the Tamworth Growers and flown to Sydney to compete in the 2013 ‘Armonie in the Kitchen’ Competition, which is the last section of the prestigious 2013 Armonia Southern Cross International Extra Virgin Olive Oil Competition. The young chefs will be judged on their dishes using the finalists extra virgin olive oils from the 2013 Armonia Southern Cross EVOO Competition, which will have taken place several weeks before.
