The 2014 NZ EVOO Awards head judge, Italian Franca Camurati, will run a one-day Tasting Seminar in Wellington on Saturday, 4 October, ahead of the Awards Dinner. Attendees are invited to bring along their own EVOO for tasting and feedback – an outstanding opportunity, given the international experience and expertise on offer. Included in the $175 registration fee will be the “Defects Wheel for Olive Oil”, developed by Sue Langstaff, an important tool for anyone in our industry.
