The Olives New Zealand AGM & Conference will be held in Auckland on 28 March 2015, followed by both an Advanced Processor Course and Product Diversification Seminar on 29 March. The venue for the AGM/Conference and Product Diversification Seminar will be the Sudima Auckland Airport, while the Advanced Processors Workshop will be at River Estate, Whitford. A bus will run from the Sudima and then back to the airport and hotel. The focus of this year’s conference will be Best Practice Processing, and both the conference and the Advanced Processors Workshop will be led by Fernando Martinez from Spain. Product Diversification will be led by Margi Kirkby from award-winning Gwydir Olive Grove, New South Wales and will focus on flavoured oils, table olives and other products. The full program and registrations will be available in January.
