Grant applications are now open for the 2015 Science Awards for Young People in Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry, which support original projects by young scientists, researchers and innovators aimed at keeping Australia’s rural industries sustainable and profitable. Applicants aged 18-35 have the chance to receive a grant of up to $22,000 to fund projects based on innovative or emerging scientific issues which will benefit Australia’s primary industries. Horticulture Australia Limited, which manages the Olive Industry Levy, is one of the 2015 Science Awards partner organisations. More information here.
