EVOO and flavoured olive oils: $39, table olives, tapenades and spreads $29. The table olives, tapenades and spreads also need testing at cost $20 per test.

Olive Oil Competition Awards shall be determined on the following IOC 20 point scale:
- Gold medal for outstanding Exhibits gaining 17.0 pts and over.
- Silver medal for excellent Exhibits gaining 15.0 pts but less than 17.0 pts.
- Bronze medal for quality Exhibits gaining 13.0pts but less than 15.0 pts.
