The London International Olive Oil Savantes three-day program will be held in London on 6-8 March 2013, in the city’s Kensington High Street food precinct. In addition to the taste and flavour aspects of the program, participants will gain valuable knowledge of the olive oil industry during discussion on the markets, culinary uses, health characteristics and quality standards pertaining to extra virgin olive oil.
