The Western Australian Olive Council (WAOC), in conjunction with the AOA and chief judge Richard Gawel, is organising Olive Oil Tasting Workshops for later this year. The initial workshop/s will be at beginners’ level, with a judging recruitment workshop to follow if there is enough interest. It is anticipated the workshops will be held in Perth in late November and will be subsidised by the AOA and WAOC, therefore the cost will be minimal, if at all.
