The judging panel for the 2014 NZ EVOO Awards has now been announced, and it’s an impressive line-up indeed. Making up the panel are international head judge Franca Camurati, from Italy, Australian judges Jenny Birrell and Trudie Michels, and New Zealand judges Raffaela Delmonte, Rachel Costello and Rachel Priestly. All have completed formal training and have extensive olive oil judging experience, making it an outstanding opportunity to have your oils assessed by a highly-qualified panel of industry experts. All entries will receive a copy of their summarised Judging Points Assessment Sheet, including comments, providing valuable feedback for future improvement. Entries open on 11 August and close on 5 September, with the Awards Dinner to be held in Wellington on 4 October. The awards pack is now available for download here.
