To date 100 oils have been sent for testing and the online list of certified EVOOs licensed to use the ONZ OliveMark continues to grow – view here. Quality is high this year, with only six samples so far assessed as having taste defects and therefore not EVOO. Certification is open until the end of September, so there’s still time to submit samples and obtain the guarantee – and marketing bonus – of having your oil certified as EVOO.
