Certification
Certification 2016 is underway, with the first samples already at the Oil Testing Service for analysis. Personalised documentation has been emailed to all members and is available online here.
Processing
Growers are reminded that they must pre-book for processing and not arrive announced. Also that they must have sufficient storage containers for the resulting oil and the containers must be scrupulously clean. Here’s a link to ONZ’s easy-reference list of processors.
