The Hawke’s Bay Branch of ONZ is holding a Field Day at Telegraph Hill on Sunday, 25 September, focusing on table olive production. Starting at 2 pm, the information-packed afternoon will cover:
• growing table olives – what Telegraph Hill does and the olives it needs;
• grower supplier requirements
• sampling and viewing fermented olives.
BBQ and drinks will be available at the end. The Field Day is free for members and $10 for non members.
