The Sol&Agrifood international quality food show will be held at Veronafiere on 9-12 April. An interactive trade event, Sol&Agrifood enables product promotion through cooking shows, educational occasions and tastings. EVOO is among the most extensively represented product categories, with its own dedicated area. The 2016 event attracted 56,000 professional visitors from 82 countries and this year an initiative focusing on Taiwan will see 15 importers and chefs to take part in the EVOO Academy sessions. EVOO will also be featured in the Retail Buyers’ Club, where exhibitors can hold b2b meetings with retail chains, and the winners of Sol d’Oro awards will be included in free tastings at the Oil Bar or used in EVOO Academy cooking shows and event cooking competitions.
