It’s 2012 already – where does the time go? Our industry has certainly had some challenges in recent times, and we hope that 2012 sees bumper crops of quality fruit and increasing prices for Australian and New Zealand products. Let’s hope we start to see the effects of the Australian Standard kick in too, with the weeding out of inferior and uncompetitive product, and greater consumer recognition of the quality of our local oils.
