The winners of the LA International Olive Oil Awards were recently announced, with Australian producers once again making their mark – and producers from the Mornington Peninsula, in particular. The 2017 LA EVOO Competition received 600 entries from 369 producers across 18 countries, with 131 Gold, 166 Silver and 89 Bronze medals awarded. The coveted Marco Mugelli Award went to Italian producer Olio di Dievole for the third year in a row.

Australian winners were: Cape Schanck Olive Estate Coratina (3 Gold); Cobram Estate (Gold, Bronze); L’uliveto Verde: The Green Olive Grove (Silver). Congratulations to all!
