Olives New Zealand EO Gayle Sheridan has reported that the NZ Oil Testing Service has been working hard to improve the NIR calibration for polyphenols, following issues identified earlier this year. As a result, they are once again able to offer polyphenol content by NIR and this will be shown on the Olives NZ Certification certificate, as per previous years.
