The AGM of the Organic Federation of Australia will be held on Thursday, 13 December, 2012 from 10am-12noon, at Spiral Foods, Unit 12, 51 Moreland Road, Coburg, Victoria. Business will include the Directors’ report, audited accounts, the election of office bearers and membership voting on motions to

reverse the 2011 AGM decision to become an Association and adopt a newly drafted constitution, and

appoint new auditors. A strategic planning workshop will then be held from 1.30-4.30 to investigate sustainable funding models for OFA and review the priorities for the 2013 work program.
