The 2016 Olives New Zealand Conference will be held at the James Cook Hotel, Wellington on Saturday, October 15. A Sensory Assessment Seminar will also be held in conjunction with the event, led by the 2016 NZ EVOO Awards Head Judge, Dr Antonio Guiseppe Lauro from Italy.
