Olives SA is holding a table olives seminar tomorrow, Saturday, 1 November, starting at 10am. The seminar will cover all aspects of table olive production from picking to table. Michelle Worthington, chief judge of the SA table olives competition, will also provide a run-down on what makes a good table olive. The venue is the Diana Olive Oil processing plant, Malpas Rd, Willunga and the cost is $30, with lunch provided.
