Olives New Zealand 2016 Certification is now open and all members should have received the appropriate documentation. This is also available on the website here.
ONZ EO Gayle Sheridan is pleased to confirm that fees remain the same as last year. Also, ONZ will receive sufficient information to advise on the intensity of oil samples, therefore results will now show Mild, Medium or Intense as appropriate. This information will help in members deciding which class to enter in the NZ EVOO Awards and also in selling the oil.
Remember: the sooner oil is submitted, the sooner it can be certified and the OliveMark used. This differentiator shows consumers that the product has been certified as NZ EVOO and is an important quality guarantee, so get your samples off soon!
