Subject to viable numbers, ONZ is offering two additional seminars in conjunction with the Conference, both to be run by Simon Field, managing director of EVOO and table olive producer Salsi Pty Ltd, and organiser and presenter of Savantes. The first seminar would be on Table Olives and cover markets, pre-harvest, harvest, processing, packaging and selling table olives as well as tasting. The second seminar would be on Judging EVOO, looking at New Zealand and international competitions, and testing tasting skills. This would be an advanced seminar and a pre-requisite is that you must have attended an ONZ Tasting Seminar in the last three years. These courses are subject to minimum registrations, with registrations necessary by 27 February here.
