Hort Innovation is developing a new Strategic Plan, which will be launched in mid-2019 and replace the current plan.
Stakeholder consultation is an integral part of the development process, providing interested stakeholders with the opportunity to share their thoughts and ideas on how Hort Innovation invests levies on behalf of the sector.
This consultation is separate to that undertaken for the individual levy fund Strategy Investment Plans (SIPs) that were created during the last two years, and for the SIPs that will be developed in the future.
Key questions
The ideas being sought from stakeholders have been structured around four key questions:
- What are the most important priorities for Hort Innovation?
- What are the top goals for Hort Innovation?
- What are Hort Innovation’s strengths?
- What are Hort Innovation’s obstacles?
Submit your ideas
The series of strategy consultation workshops held across the country has now been completed but you can still share your ideas via the online portal here.
Submissions are welcome until 30 April and there are no restrictions on the number of submissions you make via the online form; you can revisit the portal again to add more of your thoughts or ideas.
