The WA Olive Council’s 2014 EVOO tasting workshops will be run on Saturday, 15 February – Introduction to EVOO – and Sunday, 16 February – Advanced Assessment of EVOO. The workshops are open to anyone with an interest in olive oil, and those successful in completing the advanced course will be eligible to join the judging panel for EVOO competitions. The venue is the Country Comfort Motor Inn, Belmont and the cost is: one course – $130 members, $160 non-members; both courses – $220 members, $300 non-members; with a 20% discount for three or more people from the same company.
