Entry is now open for the Southern Hemisphere chapter of the International Armonia Olive Oil Competition, encompassing producers in Australia, New Zealand, Argentina, Chile, South Africa and Uruguay. The competition is open to producers of high-quality extra-virgin olive oil, with the goal of promoting the awareness and knowledge of extra-virgin olive oil through the harmonisation of flavor in food-oil pairings in gourmet cooking schools and restaurants internationally.
