The annual Chinese International High-end Edible Oil & Olive Oil Expos for 2013 will be held on 7-9 April in Beijing and 20-22 October in Shanghai, at the cities’ respective International Exhibition Centres. Showcasing high-end edible oil products and brands, the events are approved by the Chinese Ministry of Commerce. Recognising the current concern regarding food safety, the 2013 events have a theme of safety, health and nutrition and are positioned as “combating false and inferior products, casting high-end oil”. The expos attract manufacturers, dealers, agents and buyers from the high-end edible oil industry from 30 countries, with over 300 exhibitors taking part in the last event.
