Themed ‘Lore of the olive’, Olive Exposium 15 is a new industry event along the lines of the field days of old. Speakers including Lyndey Milan, Professor Paul Vossen, Robert Spooner-Hart and Richard Gawel will head the comprehensive program, which aims to help growers achieve higher productivity. The Olive Exposium will be held on 26-27 November 2015 at Pitruzzello Estate in Sunbury, Victoria and is being organised by The Olive Centre’s Amanda Bailey.
