The winners of the 2015 Fleurieu Food Fiesta! Olive Awards will be announced at a dinner to be held at The Currant Shed, McLaren Flat on Friday, 23 October. Fleurieu Peninsula olive products scooped the pool at the recent Royal Adelaide Show/Olives SA Competition, so the competition is set to be intense and the quality high. The dinner will feature the best of the Fleurieu region’s food and wine produce, while guest speaker Richard Gawel will regale and educate on all matters olive oil. The dinner starts at 7pm and all are welcome to attend. Tickets are $75, including a three-course meal and drinks.
