The program for inaugural Olive Exposium 2015 has just been released, highlighting the range of topics being explored by more than 20 speakers over the two-day event. Being held in Sunbury, Victoria on 26-27 November and hosted by The Olive Centre, the Exposium aims to bringing growers, industry experts and service providers together to share information and experiences. Attendees will learn new techniques to assist in achieving the maximum from their grove, processing and marketing operations, all in a fun, industry networking environment.
