2016 sees the 20th anniversary of The Australian National EVOO and Table Olives Competition, and the occasion has been marked with the introduction of format changes and exciting innovations. Of particular note are new classes for both EVOO and Table Olives, and a display/sampling of Gold winning oils at the Conference/Dinner. Head Judge Shane Cummins will be on hand to speak with producers about the winning oils and what made them stand out – a fantastic opportunity and one not to be missed!
