Entries are now open for the Olive Japan 2016 International Extra Virgin Olive Oil Competition, being held in Tokyo in April. A multi-faceted event, Olive Japan also incorporates a Practical Sensory Science Seminar, featuring experts from across the globe including Australia’s Paul Miller and NZ’s Margaret Edwards. A second core event follows in July, the “Open Marche” open-air market bringing together olive oil producers and consumers/trade, and showcasing the 2016 winning oils.
