Dank Street Produce will be pressing olives straight from the family farm on April 7, 8 and 9. The olives have been harvested from the Fourth Village Estate at Pokolbin in the Hunter Valley and will go straight to the market floor to become olive oil. The freshly pressed oil will be available for purchase in store and will be on the menu at the market’s restaurant, Mezzanino.
