The second series of three webinars, scheduled to begin on 26 May, will cover key elements and insights for a successful on-line marketing business.

While relevant for all producers, these webinars are designed for those who have had to adapt their sales models due to the collapse of food service and farmers markets around the country during the COVID-19 shutdown.

The webinars will be presented by Lauren Hamilton from Digital Narrative, whose presentation and workshop on digital marketing at 2019 National Conference were among many delegates’ event highlights. Particular note was made of Lauren’s interactive workshop format, and her ability to ‘translate’ the more technical elements of IT into easily understood ‘grower speak’.

Lauren will cover a range of topics and marketing areas over the three-part series, with the schedule as follows:

Webinar 4 – Tuesday, 26 May 12:30-13:30 AEST

How to establish an online business, including both website options (Square, WP, Shopify) and selling online without a website. The session will also look at the key ingredients for success when building a simple e-Commerce website.

Webinar 5 – Tuesday, 2 June 212:30-13:30 AEST

How to drive online sales using free digital marketing, including free social media options – influencers, newsletters, collaborations, PR.

Webinar 6 – Tuesday, 9 June 12:30-13:30 AEST

How to grow your online business using paid digital marketing, including paid Facebook and Instagram ads, Google remarketing, and Google search marketing.

Ongoing program

Further webinars are being planned for July-August, covering topics including EVOO processing, exporting, and the Australian Table Olive Standard. The schedule for these webinars will advised in June.
