Adelaide-based corporate recovery company McGrathNicol issued a notice on 4 June 2009 advising it had been appointed joint and several Receivers and Managers of two companies: Tomdan Nominees Pty Ltd (CAN 122 947 700) and Tomdan Pty Ltd (CAN 098 367 376).
McGrath Nicol said it was investigating the location of assets of these two companies. A list of the assets is printed below. McGrathNicol said the items have been reported as stolen to the South Australian Police Department.
