Registrations are open for the ONZ Judging EVOO and Flavoured Oils Seminar, being held in Auckland on 22 September. The advanced course, presented by experts Peter Olson and Margi Kirkby, is open to members wanting to improve their tasting skills and learn about the taste profiles of flavoured oils. Topics will include: New Zealand EVOO Awards; judging using the Mario Solinas based NZ system; tasting and scoring skills; judging flavoured oils. Registration forms here.
