The Olive Wellness Institute is participating in a culinary masterclass event at the Foodservice Expo in Melbourne in May. The masterclass will include an extra virgin olive oil tasting and a demonstration of cooking with EVOO by a well-regarded chef.

As part of the expo, the OWI team also wants to display a selection of different Australian extra virgin olive oils, so people attending the event can see the wide variety of high-quality home-grown oils that we have to offer.

There is also an opportunity to provide EVOO for chefs to use during cooking demonstrations throughout the event.

Please note that since this is an Olive Wellness Institute activity, the opportunity is only relevant for Australian growers and products.
