Women & Leadership Australia is currently offering professional development scholarships, open to women across all areas of the farming and agriculture sector.
Scholarships of $1000-$5000 per person are available for four leadership development courses to encourage more women to increase their impact at work and step into industry leadership roles.
Women & Leadership Australia (WLA) supports women at all levels across all sectors and industries through their career-defining leadership programs, which bring together a focus on applied learning and the latest in leadership theory and practice. The program aims to advance gender equity, especially in leadership, as a central element of creating a more fair and inclusive society.
Hort Innovation partnership
Through its Industry Partnership Framework, WLA works with hundreds of Australian associations and professional bodies to increase awareness and action around gender equity, and create meaningful opportunities for women leaders across the country.
A five-year partnership with Hort Innovation is providing 100 leadership development scholarships specifically for women in horticulture.
