To celebrate International Women’s Day 2023, Women & Leadership Australia (WLA) have launched new scholarships to help more women at all levels in the farming and agriculture sector access their career-defining leadership development programs.
We know that gender equity in leadership is a key driver for a more fair and inclusive society, and WLA programs deliver tangible, career-changing outcomes for participants. These scholarships are the chance for women to invest in themselves, by applying to secure a place in one of the upcoming WLA programs:
- Advanced Leadership Program for senior and executive leaders: $7,000 scholarship available;
- Executive Ready for mid-level managers: $3,500 scholarship available;
- Leading Edge for early career and aspiring leaders: $1,500 scholarship available;
- Impact Program for women outside formal leadership roles: $1,200 scholarship available.
These International Women’s Day scholarships significantly reduce program fees, to make to easier for more women to access powerful professional development – and lead the way to change in their organisations and communities.
