This weekend sees another in the series of successful EVOO and olive courses run by Olives SA and the WEA. Going For Gold – Exploring The Good Oils is being presented by the Royal Adelaide Show’s Chief Olive Oil Judge, Trudie Michels, and is a unique training session providing an understanding of the new season’s medal winning extra virgin olive oils. Participants will explore and taste the unique qualities of over 10 different oils, of various styles, and learn how to tell each of them apart by smell and taste.
