The first two days are seminar sessions at The Pier Geelong, with a field day at the Boundary Bend bottling facility in Lara on the Wednesday. Providing “Essential Knowledge for Modern Olive Producers”- the theme of this year’s event – the program aims to provide exactly what producers are looking for: the must-have industry knowledge which will help them grow great olives, produce great oil – and then sell it! It’s a value-packed program full of useful, relevant and practical topics, and full details are available on the AOA website.
