Do you want to improve your tasting ability? Ever wondered how to describe different food flavours? Want to pick a good olive oil from a bad one? There’s still a chance to learn how, at the second of two workshops presented by sensory analyst Briony Liebich, a national olive oil judge and chief judge of the Fleurieu Food Olive Awards. The hands-on workshop will use a range of EVOOs, including the latest 2016 harvest, to help appreciate different flavours and recognise what makes good quality oil.
