Women’s health needs vary widely between individuals and at different life stages. But one common theme is the need for good nutrition. The Mediterranean Diet, and extra virgin olive oil have been shown to assist with health issues ranging from general wellbeing through to reproductive concerns.

In this webinar, Accredited Practising Dietitian Susie Burrell unpacks the nutritional challenges women face, from chronic diseases to general wellbeing, and provides practical advice on how to encourage patients to improve their diets.

Accredited Practising Dietitian Stefanie Valakas will then delve into women’s reproductive health concerns such as endometriosis and polycystic ovarian syndrome, and explore the role nutrition – specifically the Mediterranean Diet and extra virgin olive oil – plays in the treatment of these conditions.
